Decline a Shipment

If you wish to either decline a shipment or not pay for a shipment you can use the decline facility.

To decline a shipment,

Step 1. Click the hyperlink for the Certificate Number in the Cart view.

Step 2. This will then display the View and Collect Document screen with the Decline and Cancel buttons available in the top right corner.

Step 3. Click Decline.

Step 4. Click Ok on the confirmation message.

Step 5. The shipment will then have the status of Declined in Processed and Pending Shipments.

Step 6. Declining a shipment in the Cart will remove it from the cart.


Accept a Declined Submission

If you need to accept a declined submission, follow the steps given below.

Step 1. From the Processed Shipments screen for the relevant submission, click Review.

Step 2. This will display the View and Collect Document screen with the Accept and Cancel buttons available.

Step 3. Click Accept.

Step 4. Click OK on confirmation message.

Step 5. This will add the submission back to the Cart awaiting payment.
